The Team:
Kiva Engineering is a rapidly growing team of eleven motivated engineers. We operate as a "start-up" in that everybody counts, and your contribution has the potential to make a big impact: on Kiva, and the world at large. We follow a Scrum development process, with 20% of time allocated for engineering innovation. We're seeking an enthusiastic, sharp software engineer to join our rapidly growing team full-time, and help us change the world even faster.
The Role:
* The VP of Product Management owns all of product management @ Kiva.
* A senior leadership role within the company that requires strategic vision and leadership.
* Reports to Matt Flannery, CEO.
* Lead a team of 3 Product Managers and 1 Designer.
The Right Person:
* 10+ year of product management experience – the more leadership experience, the better!
* Consumer web experience is required. Financial transaction and/or e-commerce is a strong plus.
* Hands on management style – roll up those sleeves as needed!
* Adept at handling high-level requirements as well as implementation details.
* A BSCS/BSEE degree would be a strong plus.
